We want you to feel confident ordering from FaunaVow. If something is not right, contact us at support@faunavow.com and we will help you through the return or replacement process.

30-Day Return Window

If you're not completely in LOVE with your purchase, just reach out to us and we will make sure to issue a very stress-free refund.

How to Start a Return

Email support@faunavow.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request. Please do not send items back without contacting us first. We will provide return instructions after reviewing your request.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or worn. These may include earrings, intimate accessories, personalized items, gift cards, and final-sale items. If a non-returnable item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will review the issue.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and provide a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once a return is received and inspected, we will let you know whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size, color, or item is to request a return for the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or unless the issue was caused by our error.
