What does FaunaVow sell?

FaunaVow focuses on lightweight nature-inspired apparel, cardigans, animal-inspired scarves, meaningful jewelry, and small accessories.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Standard Tracked Shipping is $5.99, and Free Tracked Shipping is available on orders of $75 or more. Estimated delivery time varies by destination, and tracking information is provided once your order has shipped.

How do I track my order?

After your order ships, we will send tracking information by email. Tracking may take 24 to 72 hours to update.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email support@faunavow.com as soon as possible. We can only change or cancel an order before it has been processed for shipment.

What is your return policy?

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Some hygiene-sensitive, personalized, gift card, and final-sale items may not be returnable.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will review the issue and help with a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Do purchases support animal protection?

Yes. Every purchase helps support animal protection efforts. 

Are payments secure?

Yes. Checkout is processed through Shopify and supported payment providers. FaunaVow does not store full credit card numbers on its own systems.
